History

AFT Projects is a family owned enterprise that has grown out of more than 3 decades of experience.

Director, Chris Anderson, entered the construction industry as an apprentice carpenter at age 15. He began working in Australia in 1991 as a subcontract carpenter and by 1994 had undertaken his first contract home.

Virginia has been instrumental in the success of the enterprise, bringing her background in the banking sector into play.

Today Virginia also assumes responsibility for the unique and tailored layouts and interior designs offered by an AFT Projects home.

Between them they have designed, developed and constructed more than $1.5 billion in projects….in every category of housing from small lot projects to duplexes and townhouses, to executive and high-end luxury housing and multi-level apartments.

It is a ‘one stop shop’ for 21 st century design and living.

At the start of the new millennium, the Andersons moved focus onto multiple dwellings and luxury housing land subdivision, townhouse developments and ultimately to high rise and luxury resort style projects in 2015.
