There’s been a ‘changing of the troops’ type movement at the massive Toondah Outlook Luxury Apartment construction site in Cleveland, as many of the workers who specialize in ‘externals’ finish their work and the focus swings to the finish and to the inside of the pinnacle project.
The AFT Project represents a $100 million investment by local developers and property analysts Chris and Virginia Anderson and is a vote of confidence in Redland city.
It’s an investment that’s proving a success for city with more than 60% of the apartments already sold.
The complex is on track for completion in April / May 2019.
The focus is now on layering onto the construction work already completed and that means the real scope and luxury of the project will start to be revealed over coming weeks.
Toondah Outlook is a very different product to what is on offer in South East Queensland and I think that’s been the appeal. It offers a real alterative across the board.
One of the keys to the projects’ popularity has come from buyers who have been seeking a move away from the large family home but who still need and want the inside space, storage and quality not usually offered in an apartment or smaller home.
These buyers don’t consider their move as a downsize, rather they see it as a lifestyle up-lift.
It’s also a project that has wide appeal- from older folk to younger families with teenagers-Keen to find that balance between lifestyle, excellent schools, transport and facilities without the hassle of the huge home or the squeeze of the small lot offer.
Toondah Outlook is a pinnacle project for SEQ-A 90 plus Apartment resort style project offers 2 to 6-bedroom size apartments with plenty of room for storage and ‘room to move ‘externally.
We sit on a huge elevated block in the heart of the Cleveland CBD, so the infrastructure is already here, the views are sensational, and the space means we can offer storage for jet skis, boats R/V’s and two cars.
‘And we have beautiful spacious grounds.”
“Inside the attention to detail is like no other. We’re working with the buyers themselves and with seasoned designers to ensure that fittings and finish are world class.’
The Projects first Display Units will be completed and open to the public within the next few weeks and I’m looking forward to it.
There’s been three years of thought, consultation and quality hunting going into the interior fixtures, fitting and feel for each apartment and then we work with each buyer individually to bring the apartments alive with the style and design they seek for their new home.
From this view point we’ve aimed at creating Display Units that reflect the true character of the Toondah Outlook lifestyle and offer.
So dedicated are we to making sure this project reflects all that the new buyer wants in a home, we’re selling it ourselves, so our buyers deal directly with us and we can style and cater their home to suit them.
Work is now underway on the “Residences” wing.
These high-level luxury Penthouses will now be released to market late this year and the Residences offer buyers something not seen in South East Queensland before.
One penthouse is over 1000m2 with 9 toilets and 5 fireplaces. There’s also 8, two level sub-penthouses.
We have engaged renowned NZ designer Stuart Bateman to create a new level of ambience and design. Textured finishes and finer points of cabinetry design and functional layout are the cornerstones of Stuart’s success.
We’re creating room with two to six-bedroom Apartments in a complex that offers more useable outside area than most homes but paramount within the character of what goes on with Toondah Outlook is a feeling of warmth and style that anyone would be proud to call home.
